If the order is returned due to the customer's mistake, the two-way delivery fee will be charged to the buyer.

For pre-orders, you can change the address and/or contact information only when the shipment status shows as [in process] by submitting an inquiry.
For pre-order products, changing the order is not possible once the payment has been completed. Please re-order after cancelling your order.
Additionally, editing delivery information or cancelling the order is not possible when the shipment status shows as [Shipped].

There is delivery fee of 3,000KRW for national shipping for addresses in Jeju island and the city, extra fees may be charged in the case of remote areas. International delivery fee differs by country and package weight.
Several items can be delivered together only when the different items were ordered together and correspond to the same order number, items ordered separately cannot be delivered together.
